The book arrives this fall, and its heartbeat has been strong for a long while now. It began with something my grandmother Rosie used to say, with the particular directness of someone who had earned her convictions through living: "You're all right, kid. The world's all wrong." She meant it as a distinction. The confusion and grief we carry are not evidence of personal failure. They are signs of contact with something real. That truth became the seed of a long exploration, one that has led me back to a state I call Paradise: a place of clarity, wholeness, and alignment with what is most true in you.

Paradise (re)Discovered is not a traditional memoir, and it is not a self-help manual. It is a personal reflection on the things that ask the most of us: fear, change, family, love, loss. It is also about the inner integrity we can cultivate in order to meet them with something like honesty. Through stories, insights, and practical tools, each chapter is built to help you peel back the layers of expectation and rediscover the essence of who you were always meant to be.

This blog unfolds alongside the book. You will find early glimpses into its themes, reflections from behind the scenes, and invitations to explore your own passage toward authenticity. Some of what appears here will make it into the finished book. Some of it will not, and that is part of what makes a blog worth keeping. The thinking happens in public, unfinished, in the same spirit the book asks of its reader.
