Letters from the Interior
A monthly letter, from one inner life to another.
Letters from the interior
Once a month, I send a letter from the interior. From those inner places where the work of becoming unfolds, where values meet daily life and something steadier begins to find its form.
Between the letters, shorter posts, notes, and reflections find their way onto Substack. As a subscriber, those come to you too.
These are reflections on alignment, on authenticity, on the slow unwinding of the lives we were given so the lives we were meant for can take shape.
Some are short. Some run longer. All come from what I am living and learning, in my own work and in the company of those I am privileged to walk beside. You can read more about the work and the person behind it on the about page.
If this speaks to where you are, you are warmly welcome.
Why the letters from the interior are what they are
Most newsletters are not really letters. They are marketing envelopes wrapped in the language of intimacy, sent with a schedule and a strategy behind them. Letters from the Interior is not that.
The monthly letter is written when it is ready to be written. Sometimes early in the month, sometimes toward the end. It arrives when the thinking has settled into something worth sharing, not when a calendar tells me to publish. That is the pace of interior work. It cannot be rushed, and it does not need to be.
Between the monthly letters, shorter posts, practices, and reflections find their way onto Substack. These are the smaller pieces: a question that came up in a coaching session, a passage from what I am reading, a note about something I am working on for the trilogy of books. As a subscriber, all of these come to you. They are not additional promotional content. They are the connective tissue between the longer letters, offered when they feel worth offering.
There is a reason I moved the writing to Substack rather than continuing with a traditional email list. Substack is built for writing, not for sales funnels. There is no automation running in the background trying to convert you into a customer. There is no scoring system tracking your opens. There is a writer, a reader, and the letters between them. That is enough.
You can unsubscribe at any time with one click. You will not be added to a separate list. Your address is not shared with anyone. If the pace does not work for you, or the writing does not land, you leave and no one thinks about it again. Nothing about this is designed to make you feel guilty for going. That would be the opposite of what the letters are for.
