Our Commitment
Inclusion & Equity
Last updated: February 21, 2026
I welcome every person seeking growth, clarity, and aligned change. Inclusion and equity aren't add-ons here — they're the ground I stand on. This page describes who I serve, how I serve, and what I won't tolerate.
Our Principles
Every person deserves to be seen, heard, and respected — across race, ethnicity, nationality, language, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, family status, age, ability, body size, faith, and socioeconomic status.
I work to remove barriers, tailor communication, and share clear options so that people can meaningfully participate and benefit from the work we do together.
I center psychological safety. I will pause or end interactions that undermine safety — for you, for others, or for our team.
Respect & Conduct
I will not tolerate harassment, hate, or exclusionary behavior in any program, session, message, meeting, or event — online or offline.
- ✕ No racism, antisemitism, Islamophobia, xenophobia, or ethnic/national origin discrimination
- ✕ No sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity
- ✕ No ableism or discrimination based on disability, neurodiversity, body size, or health status
- ✕ No ageism or family status discrimination
- ✕ No religious discrimination or spiritual shaming
- ✕ No harassment, bullying, doxxing, threats, or intimidation
- ✕ No slurs, demeaning stereotypes, or persistent misgendering
Whether intentional or not, behavior that violates these standards will be addressed and may result in removal from programs or termination of services.
Who I Will Not Work With
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue services when a person or organization:
Advocates for or organizes hate, discrimination, or violence toward any protected group; seeks "conversion" of LGBTQIA+ people; or denies others' basic rights.
Engages in harassment, threats, or targeted hostility; refuses to observe safety agreements; or persists in misgendering or demeaning conduct after being asked to stop.
Requests clinical diagnosis or treatment when not eligible for licensed services, or solicits illegal or unethical practices.
Accessibility & Accommodations
I strive to make every interaction accessible and am happy to collaborate on reasonable accommodations — captions, breaks, plain-language materials, large-print resources, and more. Let me know what you need and we'll figure it out together.
Names, Pronouns & Privacy
I'll always use your stated name and pronouns. Coaching is educational and typically not covered by HIPAA. Licensed psychological services (for eligible New Mexico clients) follow applicable confidentiality standards.
Scope & Locations
Available worldwide by secure video for personal growth and skills development (not diagnosis or treatment).
For clients physically located in New Mexico at the time of service — delivered by secure video, per licensure.
Educational workshops and retreats with guidelines for respectful participation and psychological safety.
Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this policy, please let me know so I can respond quickly.
Email me via the contact page with the date, participants involved, and a brief description of what happened. I'll acknowledge your message and outline next steps as appropriate.
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the U.S., dial 911; for the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, call or text 988.
I'm Committed to a Genuinely Inclusive Space
If this resonates, I'd be honored to work with you.
