About this practice

Intentional, Not Incidental

The writing, research, and teaching I do aren't separate from the coaching — they feed it. When you work with me, you get the distillation of all of it, applied with full presence to your particular life and goals. I take on a small number of coaching clients at any given time so that this quality is always possible.

It is a 20-minute conversation — no agenda, no pressure. We use the time to get a sense of where you are, what you are hoping for, and whether working together makes sense. How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaching focuses on growth, skills, and aligned action. It is not diagnosis or treatment. If clinical care is needed, we will discuss options and support you in finding the right provider.

Do you offer psychological services?

Licensed psychological services are available only to clients located in New Mexico. All other services are offered as coaching for personal development and aligned living, not clinical treatment. For details, see the site disclaimers.

Where do sessions happen?

Secure video at times that respect your schedule. We also provide brief between-session support when it helps keep momentum.
