- Self-pay only. Most assessments range from $1,500 for learning evaluations to $2,000 for ADHD or autism spectrum assessments, with a firm quote provided in advance. 50% is due to schedule the initial appointment, with the balance due to deliver the final report
- We do not work directly with insurance. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance company to discuss out-of-network reimbursement options prior to scheduling
- DVR referral assessments accepted and prioritized. Documentation for NM DD Waiver eligibility also available

Fees & Insurance
Typical Assessment Fees
- Learning & Achievement Evaluation $1,500
- ADHD or Autism Assessment $2,000
A firm quote is provided in advance. 50% is due to schedule the initial appointment, with the balance due to deliver the final report.
DVR Referrals: Assessment costs are covered when referred by the New Mexico Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Referral and authorization must come from your local DVR staff. Documentation for NM DD Waiver eligibility can also be provided.

Clients are encouraged to reach out to their insurance provider to discuss possible out-of-network reimbursement options prior to scheduling. If your plan includes out-of-network testing benefits, we can provide documentation for you to submit for reimbursement. Any reimbursement is between you and your insurer.
