Fees & Insurance

We do not work directly with insurance companies.
Clients are encouraged to reach out to their insurance provider to discuss possible out-of-network reimbursement options prior to scheduling. If your plan includes out-of-network testing benefits, we can provide documentation for you to submit for reimbursement. Any reimbursement is between you and your insurer.
