Non-Discrimination Policy

Non-Discrimination Policy

Our steadfast commitment to a non-discrimination policy is at the core of who we are. In the face of persistent and, in some places, increasing challenges to rights and access for marginalized communities in the United States, we actively uphold and advocate for the equal treatment of every individual—regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability, religion, or any other identity.

We believe that everyone deserves access to our services in an environment free from discrimination and bias. Our practice is built on these values, and we are dedicated to fostering a safe and truly inclusive space for all.

We go beyond words: promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is woven into every aspect of our work and extends to our wider community engagement. In keeping with these core values, we consciously decline engagement with any state or federal government, agency, or other organization that tolerates or endorses discriminatory practices.

Now, more than ever, we stand by our commitment to justice, dignity, and inclusion for all.
