How is coaching different from therapy? Coaching focuses on growth, skills, and aligned action. It is not diagnosis or treatment. If clinical care is needed, we will discuss options and support you in finding the right provider.
Do you offer psychological services? Licensed psychological services are available only to clients located in New Mexico. All other services are offered as coaching for personal development and aligned living, not clinical treatment. For details, see the site disclaimers.
Where do sessions happen? Secure video at times that respect your schedule. We also provide brief between-session support when it helps keep momentum.
What should I bring to my first session? Bring yourself, your goals, and your curiosity. We will make the first step simple and doable.
