Letters from the Interior

Once a month, I send a letter from the interior. From those inner places where the work of becoming unfolds, where values meet daily life and something steadier begins to find its form.

These are reflections on alignment, on authenticity, on the slow unwinding of the lives we were given so the lives we were meant for can take shape.

Some are short. Some run longer. All come from what I am living and learning, in my own work and in the company of those I am privileged to walk beside.
