Our Commitment
Inclusion & Equity Policy
I welcome every person seeking growth, clarity, and aligned change. This Inclusion and Equity Policy describes who I serve, how I serve, and what I will not tolerate.
Last updated: February 21, 2026
Our Principles
Inclusion and equity are not add-ons here. They are the ground I stand on. Every part of this work — how I communicate, who I welcome, how I respond — reflects these three core commitments.
Human Dignity
Every person deserves to be seen, heard, and respected — across race, ethnicity, nationality, language, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, family status, age, ability, body size, faith, and socioeconomic status.
Equity in Practice
I work to remove barriers, tailor communication, and share clear options so that people can meaningfully participate and benefit from the work we do together.
Do No Harm
I center psychological safety. I will pause or end interactions that undermine safety — for you, for others, or for our team.
Respect & Conduct
I will not tolerate harassment, hate, or exclusionary behavior in any program, session, message, meeting, or event — online or offline. Behavior that violates these standards will be addressed and may result in removal from programs or termination of services, whether intentional or not.
- No racism, antisemitism, Islamophobia, xenophobia, or ethnic and national origin discrimination
- No sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity
- No ableism or discrimination based on disability, neurodiversity, body size, or health status
- No ageism or family status discrimination
- No religious discrimination or spiritual shaming
- No harassment, bullying, doxxing, threats, or intimidation of any kind
- No slurs, demeaning stereotypes, or persistent misgendering
Who I Will Not Work With
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue services when a person or organization falls into any of the following categories.
Promotes Hate or Exclusion
Advocates for or organizes hate, discrimination, or violence toward any protected group; seeks "conversion" of LGBTQIA+ people; or denies others' basic rights.
Creates Unsafe Conditions
Engages in harassment, threats, or targeted hostility; refuses to observe safety agreements; or persists in misgendering or demeaning conduct after being asked to stop.
Seeks Services Outside Scope
Requests clinical diagnosis or treatment when not eligible for licensed services, or solicits illegal or unethical practices.
Accessibility & Accommodations
I strive to make every interaction accessible and will work with you on reasonable accommodations, including captions, session breaks, plain-language materials, and large-print resources. Let me know your needs and we will collaborate on what is possible. No one should have to navigate unnecessary barriers to access support.
This commitment to accessibility is central to what this non-discrimination and Inclusion and Equity Policy means in practice — not just as words on a page, but as something I actively work toward in every interaction.
Names, Pronouns & Privacy
I will use your stated name and pronouns. Integrative Coaching is an educational service and is typically not covered by HIPAA. Licensed psychological services, available for eligible New Mexico clients, follow applicable confidentiality standards. If you have questions about privacy in your specific situation, please reach out before we begin.
