Our commitment
Inclusion & Equity Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2025
We welcome every person seeking growth, clarity, and aligned change. Inclusion and equity are not add-ons here—they’re the ground we stand on. This page states who we serve, how we serve, and what we will not tolerate.

Our principles
Human dignity
Every person deserves to be seen, heard, and respected—across race, ethnicity, nationality, language, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, family status, age, ability, body size, faith, and socioeconomic status.
Equity in practice
We work to remove barriers, tailor communication, and share clear options so people can meaningfully participate and benefit.
Do no harm
We center psychological safety. We will pause or end interactions that undermine safety for you, for others, or for our team.
Respect & conduct
We will not tolerate harassment, hate, or exclusionary behavior in any program, session, message, meeting, or event—online or offline.
- No racism, antisemitism, Islamophobia, xenophobia, or ethnic/national origin discrimination
- No sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity
- No ableism or discrimination based on disability, neurodiversity, body size, or health status
- No ageism or family status discrimination
- No religious discrimination or spiritual shaming
- No harassment, bullying, doxxing, threats, or intimidation
- No slurs, demeaning stereotypes, or persistent misgendering
Whether intentional or not, behavior that violates these standards will be addressed and may result in removal from programs or termination of services.
Who we will not work with
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services when a person or organization:
Promotes hate or exclusion
Advocates for or organizes hate, discrimination, or violence toward any protected group; seeks “conversion” of LGBTQIA+ people; or denies others’ basic rights.
Creates unsafe conditions
Engages in harassment, threats, or targeted hostility; refuses to observe safety agreements; or persists in misgendering or demeaning conduct after being asked to stop.
Seeks services outside scope
Requests clinical diagnosis/treatment when not eligible for licensed services, or solicits illegal or unethical practices.
Accessibility & accommodations
We strive to make interactions accessible and will work with you on reasonable accommodations (captions, breaks, plain-language materials, large-print resources). Let us know your needs—we’ll collaborate on what’s possible.
Names, pronouns & privacy
We’ll use your stated name and pronouns. Coaching is educational and typically not covered by HIPAA. Licensed psychological services (for eligible New Mexico clients) follow applicable confidentiality standards.
